Join me and a small group of other women and/or gender diverse folks for a few days of SPACE.

SPACE to do what you need. 

SPACE to sleep.

SPACE to move, walk, swim, paddle board, if you want to.

SPACE to let ideas land, reflect and take as much or as little action as you need to.

SPACE to do your own thing, but still get some connection, laughter and joy too.

SPACE to be taken care of. 

This is the retreat I’ve been dreaming of and, I think, the one I’m meant to host (a calming and grounding presence is the number one thing folks always say about me!).

One without a packed itinerary and workshops to learn more. One that won’t even necessarily be transformative. Just space to work on what you want to work on (or not work – read all day if you please!), delicious, organic vegan food dished up for every meal, connection to nature, lovely people and opportunities to nut things out with others if needed. 

Make it about business (leave the distractions behind and finally get to that project!) or make it about you (have time for creativity, reading, play, nature). YOU decide. The rebel in me is so excited to know that you get to bring and do whatever you want!

the location

Join us in a premium villa tucked into the hillside just above Noosa’s Main Beach.

Think: walks in the Noosa National Park before we start the day, dips in our own private plunge pool, popping down for some yoga on the beach and maybe a sneaky complementary buggy ride and short stroll for gelato in the evenings. It’s the perfect mix of trees, ocean views and convenience.

Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas will be home for a few nights in our own 4 bedroom, 5 level premium villa (with it’s own lift and private plunge pool!). The retreat will be limited to a maximum of 6 guests (select from private or shared room at the time of booking).

This will be small and personal. I want this to feel incredibly spacious, almost like you’re on your own private retreat, but it’s all done for you and you get to have laughs and connection with a few other lovely retreat guests!

Enjoy superb views from your spectacular 5 level, Four Bedroom Premium Villa. This luxury villa is serviced by its own internal private lift and guests can enjoy the use of its own private plunge pool, chefs prep kitchen, complimentary wifi, air conditioning throughout, private laundry facilities and private double garage.

Bedding Configuration consists of 2 Queen + 4 Single Beds (your choice of private or shared rooms when booking). The villa is big enough that even if you share a room, you’ll have plenty of spaces you can go to have your own space throughout the day.

Spend your days lazing in the inviting free-form swimming pool, pamper yourself in Stephanies Ocean Spa, or just take it easy.     Your booking includes:

    • all other meals at the villa (we’ll allocate one night for an optional dinner in a restaurant – this will be at your own expense) 
    • pre-retreat check-in to see how I can best support you and hold space for you (or give you a wide berth – whatever you need!)
    • post-retreat group check-in and 3x private 75 min zoom coaching sessions post-retreat

    Your booking does not include: 

    • Flights or transportation/transfers 
    • Meals out or additional optional activities (for example, if you want to go for a boat ride or hire a paddle board)
    • Travel insurance (imperative that you have this considering the state of the world at the moment.

    Refund Policy: 

    Please read the terms and condition before proceeding. We have quite a strict cancellation policy so it’s a requirement that you organise travel insurance to ensure that if you or we need to cancel the retreat that you’re not left out of pocket. We also recommend flexible flights if you are flying in and strongly recommend holding off on booking flights until you receive an email from us confirming that we’re definitely going ahead (either in late Jan/early Feb 2024 or when we are fully booked – whichever comes first).

    Warning… we will have fun!

    Each retreat we’ve hosted in the past has been different, depending on what our guests need and want. But we’ve hosted retreats at this venue a few times now and we love the space, the connection to nature, the peace within the villa and the vibrant energy just down the driveway in bustling Hastings Street too. This retreat will be different to any other we’ve hosted – a loose structure co-designed with you but mostly…. S P A C E. The intention is that you’ll get to dive deep into something while you’re here and will go home feeling a little more rested and ready for whatever you want to bring forth in the rest of 2024. Your family, your business and your nervous system will thank you for it! 


    1.  What will I need to bring?

    Comfortable clothes including warmer clothes (even though we’re in Queensland the nights can be cold in winter), swimmers, laptop/tablet and or notebook and pens, walking shoes, etc. We’ll provide a more detailed list as we get closer and confirm the details with you.

    2.  Which airport?

    Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY) is the closest option, around half an hour away, but Brisbane airport (BNE) can sometimes be more convenient with many more flights in service.  There are plenty of shuttle bus services from both airports that will drop you nearby (and we’ll come and pick you up from the drop-off point!).  Such as which costs around $50 each way from Brisbane airport.

    3.  What if I want to stay elsewhere?

    No worries – get in touch with us about what you’d like and we’ll see if we can accommodate you.

    4. What if I want to extend my trip?

    We encourage you to make the most of this and extend your trip either before or after the retreat. This is completely up to you to organise and is not included in the price of this retreat.

    5. When will you know if it’s definitely going ahead?

    We’ve already booked the venue but will make sure we have enough bookings by Feb 2024 before we confirm with you.

    6. Is this retreat accessible to different needs? 

    There is a spot on the booking form to let us know your accessibility needs but I also welcome you reaching out if you’re concerned and want to share your needs with me before booking.  It’s going to be a relaxed retreat where you won’t be expected to do anything you don’t want to do – we might go for a stroll in the National Park, for example, but there is no obligation to join us. My intention with this retreat is that it is a place you can come to even if you have health needs or need to take it a bit easy – no intense agenda here.  The venue itself is set into a hill so there are stairs and steep pathways to go between the villa and the restaurant (where breakfast will be served) and down to Hastings Street. However, their buggy service is fantastic and they’ll happily pick us up to take us to the restaurant or down to Hastings Street, which is the main hub and is completely flat. There is a lovely flat boardwalk along the beach there. The villa we’ve booked for this retreat has it’s own lift but their may still be stairs to get from the carpark into the villa – I can check this if needed. We’ll also have our own private plunge pool so we could literally not leave the villa!
