Have you ever felt a bit icky about taking time out for yourself? As though you are being too selfish by focusing on you when you should be focusing solely on the needs of your family, friends, dog, cat, world, etc?
Well I get the feeling that most of us have felt like this in one way or another and I am no different. It wasn’t until I was faced with ill health that I realized the importance of self-love and nourishing our own body, mind and spirit. But now that I am healthy and full of beans again, I’ve noticed that the same old habits and thought patterns try to creep back in.
